About Bairbre

Bairbre O'Malley has over twenty years' experience as a vet and surgeon and spent five year's as resident vet on the ratings hit BBC series, Animal Hospital. Since opening up her veterinary hospital in Bray in 2002, she has featured regularly on RTE 1, Nationwide and also published a textbook on exotics which sells worldwide (Clinical Anatomy and Physiology of Exotic Species).

She is one of Ireland's leading authorities in exotic pets and lectures on the subject in the Veterinary College, UCD Dublin to veterinary surgeons, vet students and veterinary nurses.

About the Hospital

When you come to us, you will find a modern veterinary hospital with full operating, x-ray and laboratory facilities. We also have facilities to cater for all pets from cats, dogs and rabbits to birds and reptiles.  Our qualified nursing staff also have special expertise in the handling of unusual pets like macaws and iguanas.

We see the full range of pets from 70kg Great Danes to 30g dwarf hamsters.
